Srinagar: At least three persons received burn injuries in a blast caused by gas leakage in Badragund area of Qazigund in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district late Friday evening. 

Reports said that on highway (NH44) in Badragund area of Qazigund, a driver was cooking meals in his truck cabin, during which gas leaked and caused a blast in the cabin leaving three persons injured and causing damage to the vehicle.

An official identified the injured persons as —Somdath Son of Jagir Ram Resident of  Bishna Jammu (32), Vinod Kumar Son of  Krishan Lal resident of Bishna Jammu (29) and Satnam Singh Son of Breath Singh resident of  RS Pora (35) have been hospitalised. (KNO)
