Jammu: Governor Satya Pal Malik paid homage to DySP Aman Thakur who was killed on Sunday in a gunfight with militants at Turigam Village of district Kulgam.

Governor laid floral wreath on the mortal remains of  DySP Thakur in a wreath laying ceremony held at the District Police Lines Jammu today.

Dr Jitendra Singh, Union MoS; Dr Nirmal Kumar Singh, Speaker Legislative Assembly, Advisors to Governor; various senior civil and Police officers and Political leaders were present on the occasion to pay their respect to the martyred DySP.
