Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday appointed Dheeraj Gupta as Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.

“In the interest of administration, Mr. Dheeraj Gupta, IAS (JK:1993), Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department on the retirement on superannuation of Mr. K.B. Agarwal, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development Department on 31.01.2019 (A.N.),” said an order issued by General Administration Department.

Gupta, it said, will also hold the charge of Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, till further orders.
