Modi to lay foundation stones, inaugurate developmental projects on Feb 3 in J&K: Ram Madhav

Jammu: BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav on Sunday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay foundations and inaugurate many developmental projects on February 3 in Jammu and Kashmir.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stones and inaugurate the developmental projects worth Rs 35 thousand crores during his upcoming visit to J&K on February 3,” Mr Madhav told reporters here during a press conference.

“We wanted to inaugurate the developmental projects and lay foundation stones earlier but our coalition partner (PDP) created hurdles and did not allow it to happen,” claimed Mr Madhav.

“Foundation of AIIMS is among one of the biggest projects,” he added.

He however, said that BJP and NDA will again register historic win in 2019, adding, “nobody can stand in front of visionary Prime Minister Narendera Modi and under his leadership, development is taking place in the country.”

“Around 129 schemes are benefitting every section of the society in the country and 10 percent reservation for the general category decision was also historic,” he added.

“Opposition parties for their vested interests have joined hands but they will not be successful in defeating Mr Modi because they have nothing in their hands on development part,” he asserted.

“Time has come and now people have to choose the visionary man again,” he added and said that people of the country will decide whether they want a stable or “unstable government”.

“I am sure that people of the country including of Jammu and Kashmir, will again vote BJP to power,” he added.

Mr Madhav however, also slammed Congress for creating hurdles in Ram Temple construction.
