Bright, sunny morning in Kashmir after days of inclement weather

Srinagar: After days of inclement weather, the Kashmir valley Monday witnessed a sunny morning.

The MeT officials said that the weather would remain dry across Jammu and Kashmir during the next four to five days after which another spell of rain and snow is likely to occur.

Srinagar city, they said, recorded minus 6.4 degrees Celsius, Pahalgam minus 14.6 and Gulmarg minus 12.0 as the minimum temperatures on Monday.

Leh town recorded minus 16.2 degrees Celsius and Kargil minus 18.0 as the night’s lowest temperatures.
