Srinagar: Militants lobbed a grenade at a paramilitary CRPF bunker near pladium cinema in city centre lal chowk Srinagar.

The were were no reports of causalities.

In a statement to news gathering agency GNS, Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) has claimed the responsibility of the grenade attack on a CRPF bunker at Lal Chowk here and claimed there were reports of casualties and severe injuries to many personnel.

A JeM spokesperson Mohammad Hassan in a statement issued to GNS said the attack was in revenge for its slain commander Nasir Khan alias Abdul Rehman.
