Srinagar: Journalist Suhail Bukhari Tuesday formally joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Bukhari belongs to Kreeri Village of Sangrama constituency represented twice as PDP MLA by Syed Basharat Bukhari who recently resigned from PDP and joined National Conference.

He was former media consultant of the Jammu and Kashmir Government.

Confirming the joining of Suhail Bukhari, the PDP on its twitter handle wrote, “Party welcomes @Suhail_Bukhari , senior journalist and former Media Advisor to J&K Government who today formally joined our ranks. Youngsters like him will strengthen the mission of peace, prosperity and change pioneered by People’s Democratic Party.”
