Srinagar: Authorities on Saturday suspended vehicular traffic on Srinagar-Jammu highway after heavy snowfall at several places on the highway.

Officials said that snow has accumulated on the road in Banihal, and near Jawahar Tunnel which has made the road slippery.

They said that the highway will be reopened after the weather improves..
