Srinagar: An army patrol was attacked by the suspected militants in South Kashmir’s Tral area on Tuesday evening, witnesses said.

The witnesses said the patrol came under fire from the militants in Pinglish village of Tral.

They said the army troopers retaliated the fire, adding, the exchange of fire continued for some time.

Officials, however, said no loss of life or injury to men of either side was reported so far
