Srinagar: The Panchayat Ghar, located at Batagund Kapran of south Kashmir’s Shopian district, on Sunday, witnesses said.

The witnesses said that it was unknown who set the Panchayat building on fire, adding, the fire has left major portions of the building damaged.

Later, the police reached the spot and the fire tenders doused the fire.
