Kishtwar: The authorities imposed  curfew and section 144 in Kishtwar town after angry mob started vandalization in the area.

The mobs resorted to rioting after BJP state secretary Anil parihar and his brother Ajeet parihar were shot dead at tapal gali, in Kishtwar.

The rioters pelted stones at the local police station while as Station House Officers were beaten.

Section 144 bars more than four people from gathering at one place.

The situation in the city is reported to be tense
