New Delhi: Ace Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik on Tuesday welcomed a baby boy.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Shoaib Malik announced the news.

‘Excited to announce: Its a boy, and my girl is doing great and keeping strong as usual #Alhumdulilah. Thank you for the wishes and Duas, we are humbled#BabyMirzaMalik,’ the cricketer said in a tweet.

Choreographer Farah Khan shared a picture with Sania, captioning it,’My dearest n best friend becomes a mum !! I couldn’t be happier lov uuuu n arriving soon to meet the lil prince.’

‘Finally!! Best news in a long time !! Congratulations @mirzasaniar @realshoaibmalik @anammirzaaa @imranmirza58 n of course the nani n daadi God bless our lil angel,’ Farah said.

The couple got married in 2010.
