Srinagar: Militants Monday night attacked an army camp in Tral township of southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that at around 10:30 pm, militants opened fire on army’s 42 RR camp in Mandoora area of Tral.
“The fire was retaliated by the army, triggering a brief but fierce gunfight.”
The exchange of gunfire continued for nearly an hour. However, no loss of life to either side was reported.
