South Kashmir Killings: KTMF supports shutdown call

Srinagar : Kashmir Traders manufactures federation (KTMF) Bashir Ahmad Rather on Sunday strongly condemned the killings in south Kashmir’s Kulgam.

The President KTMF  in a statement issued today expressed deep concern over the continuous killings in the Kashmir valley and said there is no justification for such murders. The murder  by the government forces is a gross violation of human rights. By these killings  India couldn’t break the resolve of Kashmiri people.

President further said the ongoing repression across the Kashmir including villages in the name of CASO under which people irrespective of their age are harassed, detained and tortured and property worth lakhs is vandalised and today killing of Eight Kashmiris in Kulgam and injuring hundreds of civilians is worst kind of Human Rights Violation. Kashmir is purely a political and human issue and every effort to muzzle or crush the genuine struggle of the peoples is destined to fail.

President said that the issue has to be resolved through a sustained dialogue and people’s voice can’t be suppressed by use of force.If Use of force and killing of people will not stop Trades Will Come On Roads And whole responsibility will be on Governor.
