Srinagar: Congress has won 12 of the 21 wards of municipal committee Baramulla polls.

Officials said that Congress secured 12 wards while Bharatiya Janata Party won 6 and Independent candidates won 3 wards.

The counting for the polls that concluded on October 16 began at 8 am today.
