Srinagar: A Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Bashir Mir has won ward 74 of Srinagar Municipal Corporation securing 8 out of the 9 votes polled.

Officials said that Mir got eight out of total nine votes polled in Bagh-e-Mehtab ward.

The counting for Srinagar Municipality is being held at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar.
