Srinagar: The poling is Srinagar municipal limits have begun a very dull note with less than 1 percent votes polled recorded till 10 am.

Official sources said that during the first four hours of the polling in Srinagar city less than 1 percent votes were polled in the third phase of local bodies’ polls.

Polling began on Saturday for third phase of the urban local bodies’ elections in 96 wards spread across four districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

Polling began at 6 am and is slated to end at 4 pm.
