Srinagar: Twenty people have died while 17 injured suffered injuries after an overcrowded mini bus it plunged into a 200-feet deep gorge on the Jammu-Srinagar highway on Saturday, police said.

The accident took place at Kela Mod in Ramban.

“Of the 17 injured passengers, 10 in critical condition have been airlifted to Jammu city for treatment at the Government Medical College Hospital,” the police said.
