Srinagar:The death toll in a bus accident in Kishtwar Jammu has risen to 17 while many others were seriously injured after a bus rolled down into a gorge at Thakrai under the jurisdiction of police station Kishtwar.

According to officials, the lifeless bodies of 17 passengers have been fished out of the water while the hunt for others is still on. The incident that took place at around 9:10 am.
