Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) chairperson Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has called for severe punishment to those accused in the brutal murder and rape of the minor girl in Uri in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

In a tweet, Mirwaiz expressed shock over the incident and said: “The heartlessness and moral turpitude shown by the perpetrators of this crime is unbelievable and deeply saddening.” “It calls for severe punishment to the accused.”
