JAMMU: To carry out the re-conductoring work of 33 KV line from Receiving Station Bantalab to Receiving Station Roop Nagar, the shutdown of 33 KV Thathar-Bantalab tap line and 11 KV feeders is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Bantalab, Radio Station, CRPF, Lakshmipuram, Chinore, Exchange, AYUSH Hospital, Keran, Rajinder Nagar, Ganga Nagar, Roop Nagar, Durga Nagar, Choudhary lane and adjoining areas shall remain affected on August 29 from 7 am to 12.30 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to Roop Nagar, Durga Nagar, Choudhary lane and adjoining areas shall remain affected on August 30 from 7 am to 1 pm.

Meanwhile, to execute work for repair of 33 KV isolator at Army cantt R/Stn and branch cutting, the shutdown of 33 KV Canal-Satwari Line and 33/11 KV Receiving Station Satwari is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Ashok Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Narwal Pain, Rani Bagh, Colonel Colony Satwari, Satwari Air Force,  Military Hospital, Nai Basti and adjoining areas shall remain affected on August 29 from 8 am to 12 noon.
