Srinagar: As a mark of respect to  former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi who died at a Chennai hospital on Tuesday, flags will fly at half mast on Wednesday in Jammu and Kashmir. 

“As a mark of respect to Dr. M. Karunanidhi, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, who passed away on 7th August, 2018, the National and the State Flags shall fly at half mast on 8th August, 2018 (Wednesday) on all the buildings and places of State Capitals (Jamrnu and Srinagar) where these are flown regularly,” said a government order.
