Srinagar:  Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra on Monday reiterated for ensuring minimum collateral losses during operations against the militants in the valley.

An official spokesman said Mr Vohra was given a detailed brief about the overall security situation by Inspector General (Operations) Zulifquar Hassanand Inspector General Ravideep Singh Sahi IGP of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The officers met the Governor at Raj Bhavan.

The officers briefed the Governor about the close operational coordination between all the security forces in J&K and also informed him about the CRPF’s role and responsibility.

Complimenting the officers for the difficult situations being handled by the CRPF, the Governor reiterated his concern about high care being taken to ensure minimum collateral losses during operations.
