Srinagar: Teachers Joint Action Committee will held a peace protest march from Srinagar to Governor House on Tuesday.

The March will be led by Joint Action Committee Chairman Abdul Qayoom Wani and will start from Municipal Park Srinagar at 11:30 AM.

Wani said  the march from Srinagar to Raj Bhavan will be taken out to press for the implementation of 7th Pay Commission in favour of SSA Teachers, Head Teachers, RMSA Masters and linking of salary of SSA Teachers and Head Teachers with state sector.

A police official said that they will not allow protesting teachers to march beyond Gupkar road
