Life cripples in Kashmir ahead of Burhan Wani’s 2nd death anniversary

Srinagar; A complete shutdown is being observed across Kashmir on Sunday on the second anniversary of Burhan Wani, the militant commander who was killed by government forces two-years ago in an encounter in south Kashmir.

Authorities have imposed strict restrictions across valley to thwart any rally announced by joint Resistance Leadership (JRL).

Authorities have put severe restrictions in sensitive areas of summer capital Srinagar, south Kashmir and other parts of the valley.

All the business establishments and shops remain closed in view of the call given by JRL leadership on Wani’s second death anniversary.

Authorities clamped curfew in the home town of Wani. The authorities imposed massive restrictions on the movement of people in the rest of the valley on the second death anniversary of Wani.
