Srinagar: Clashes e between Government forces and civilian protesters erupted  during a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in South Kashmir’s Shopian village.

Reports said that Government forces launched CASO in Danger-Mohalla Pinjoora village of Shopian district after receiving  input about the presence of militants.

They said that locals hit the streets and pelted rocks on forces soon to thwart the operation.
