Srinagar: Clashes erupted in Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Tuesday after an army patrolling party came under stone pelting.

Reports said that a patrolling party of 13 RR was returning to their base when they were pelted with stones by scores of youth at main market.

The situation was brought under control soon after the army patrol was attacked with stones, officials said.
