Srinagar: Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday ruled out alliance with any party after it’s coalition partner BJP pulled out of the government.

The former chief minister was speaking for the first time after BJP pulled out from the alliance. She said that she had met the governor and made it clear that she was not looking for any coalition in the state.

Earlier, Mehbooba met the governor and presented her resignation to the governor.

Earlier, BJP state-in-charge Ram Madhav announced the party’s exit from the alliance, saying it was untenable to continue in the government
