Following the attack on army camp in Hajin area of Bandipora last night, a massive search operation has been launched in by the government forces to nab the militants, sources said.

On Tuesday night militants had attacked the army camp located at Hajin from two sides. During the exchange of firing that lasted for half an hour, many grenades were also lobbed on forces.

After carrying the attack militants had managed to escape from the spot while taking the advantage of darkness.

Police sources had termed it as stand off attack.

Meanwhile LeT claims responsibility of the attack.
