Following reports of infiltration of over 20 militants  in Kashmir valley across Line of Control, the government forces have been put on high alert. Media reports quoted officials as saying

Reports said that most of the militants are believed to be affiliated to Jaish-e-Mohammed outfit

They  said the government  force’s network is apprehending a rise in militants attacks in the valley ,following which the government forces have been asked to remain on a high alert and maintain vigil around sensitive forces installations across the state, they said.

Media reports quoted officials as saying that it was  rare for such a large number of militants to infiltrate in one go.
