A weapon snatching bid was foiled by a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personal in Deputy Commissioner office in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday, sources said.

Sources said that two youth holding exes tried to snatch the rifle of a CRPF men deployed near the mini secretariat, however he resisted and foiled their attempt.

Sources said the assailants managed to escape from the spot.

Meanwhile whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
