Clashes broke out between youths and government forces in Sugan area of South Kashmir’S Shopian diatrict soon after an army Casper was hit by improvised explosive device (IED) blast.

Three army persons had sustained injuries when the Casper they were travelling in was hit with an IED blast in the said village.
