SRINAGAR: New Delhi has instructed forces’ including army not to launch operations in Jammu and Kashmir during the holy month of Ramadhan, government said on Wednesday.

The government said that the home minister Raj Nath Singh has informed Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, regarding this decision taken by the center.
